Snoring is usually worse while sleeping on the back. This pillow has a firm elevated piece of high-density foam that stretches across the center of the pillow that causes your head to be gently positioned to the side while sleeping on the back. As a result, critical air passages are less likely to become obstructed or narrowed by the collapse of the soft palate and the tongue and snoring is less likely to occur.
